I am so bless
to have found you.
Until now, my
life has been an emotional roller coaster. I was physically and
emotionally exhausted and via doctor’s orders taking 2 weeks
off every 6 months to deal with stress and exhaustion. I was
unable to remember simple things, resorting to extensive list writing
just to remember my daily tasks. I was unable to think clearly,
and I had absolutely no energy or self esteem. In fact, I
actually hated myself because of the 75 pounds I had gained since
high school. As a result of my poor self esteem I have endured many
bad relationships, and due to my unhealthy thinking and self hatred,
I would put up with them.
The only peace
I could find was from God and my family.
I had been
praying for a change, a glimmer of hope. For someone to tell me I was
still beautiful even though I didn't believe it myself. Thank you Crystal, for allowing God to give you the wisdom and desire to help others change their
lives.
I now have the
desire to get in shape and share time with others I care about.
I am better able to handle the stress in my life and I actually have
enough self esteem and self worth to run a small business out of my
house which requires cold calling people on the telephone. I
have lost approximately 45 pounds and for the first time in years, I
can visualize myself at my goal weight. I have energy to workout and
I feel great! The program you put me on is awesome! All
the foods I eat agree with my body and I don't miss the ones I should
not have.

My cholesterol levels are totally under
control now. My total cholesterol reading has been well under 200 now
for over two years. My medical doctor can’t believe the change,

have wanted to write you for some time now to thank you for all your
assistance getting me and my family healthy. As you are aware,
I came to you a couple of years back with ADHD issues of my son, as
well as, my hormonal problems. At first I was quite skeptical
about treating our symptoms with herbal, homeopathic and food
methods. However, I knew that we needed to give it a try
because my son’s ADHD was getting worse. He was very
small for his age and he wasn’t growing. I didn’t
